As a Site Manager, you'll be assigned to live projects, playing a key part in ensuring that schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional quality standards that define our brand. What you'll do: Participate in internal and client meetings, providing input on planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure smooth project execution. Support the Contracts or Operations Manager in developing and managing the site programme, including labour, plant, and crane requirements. Prepare and maintain key project documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans, ensuring they are current and compliant. Liaise with internal departments including Production, Procurement, and QS to coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site readiness. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, to programme, and in line with quality standards. Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures. Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain adequate resources and ensure progress aligns with the construction schedule. Monitor site performance, track KPIs, raise non-conformances where necessary, and follow through with corrective actions. Attend client and subcontractor meetings, communicate updates clearly, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Mentor and support Assistant Site Managers, contributing to team development and overall site performance. What you'll bring: Proven experience in a similar site or project management role within the construction industry. Confident working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day site operations.
