Warehouse & Distribution Leadership Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse team, fostering operational excellence and accountability. Implement and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) and inventory tracking systems that support scalability. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environments aligned with company and regulatory standards. Strategic Planning Develop and execute a logistics strategy that supports Montu's UK growth plans and patient delivery standards. Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Pharmacy Operations, and Commercial teams to forecast and meet product demand. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, cost reduction, and service optimisation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). 7+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain leadership roles, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical cannabis. In-depth understanding of GDP, GMP, GPP, and controlled substance logistics. Proven success in warehouse management, transport optimisation, and logistics network design. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems and manage compliance in a regulated environment.
