I am currently representing a client based in the central belt of Scotland who is currently hiring for an interim MRICS Capital Project Surveyor. The successful candidate for this position will be very experienced in managing Capital Projects or long-term investments in assets on behalf of an organization ranging between £50k - £10million. Alongside this, experience in producing tender documents, organizing contractors, and consulting on acquisition of high value assets for refurbishing, managing these projects from start to finish, whilst scoping out work and preparing jobs to market for contractor bids. For this position, you will be on site 2 days per week and organizing for new assets to be purchased by the company, overseeing the projects from start to finish, and managing the contractors on projects worth anywhere between £1million and £10million. This role requires someone who has several years of delivering these type of projects with a Building Surveying backgrounds whilst being MRICS qualified.
