The role: As Senior Architectural Technologist you will be involved in developments from the very beginning working with the Land team to produce feasibility layouts, through planning and building regs and managing the design through all construction phases to completion. Working closely with the Head of Architecture and wider team you will also manage more junior architectural staff. Requirements: Degree in Architectural Technology or HND Minimum of 10 years PQE Excellent technical and problem solving skills. Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion. An understanding / practical knowledge of Revit / BIM including modelling and BIM strategy. You should have excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently. Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of 10M would be beneficial. This is a real career opportunity as the internal design team starts to take shape and joining in a senior AT role at a time of extensive growth. This is a permanent role with truly excellent career potential as the business grows.
