We are working with a reputable main contractor seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for a 1.8 million mews development, covering brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning works. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a small-to-medium sized project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. The Role: Full site management responsibility for a 1.8m mews development Overseeing brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance on site Coordinating programme, materials, and resources Regular reporting to the project director or senior management Liaising with clients, consultants, and design teams as required The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager with a stable employment track record Experience with brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of CDM, health & safety, and quality standards CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications Salary on Offer: Salary up to 65,000 If this is something of interest please call Robert Ferrari for an initial discussion or feel free to apply with an up to date CV
