Key Responsibilities CCTV & VMS Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Synectics Synergy VMS, including servers, workstations, and storage. Program, configure, and commission IP cameras (fixed, PTZ, dome, thermal) including IP addressing, stream configuration, analytics setup, and firmware upgrades. Perform system diagnostics, resolve recording issues, and monitor overall system health. Network & Switch Configuration Configure and maintain network switches (Cisco, HP, Juniper or similar) including: VLAN configuration Multicast / IGMP snooping QoS for video traffic Spanning Tree PoE provisioning for CCTV infrastructure Support fibre and copper CCTV network backbones across the site. Ensure secure network segmentation to protect CCTV systems. Deployment & Commissioning Lead onsite installation of cameras, switches, encoders, and network infrastructure. Perform acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and produce technical documentation. Work with Projects and Security teams to roll out system upgrades and expansions.
