We are looking for a Dynamic Balancing Engineer to join a highly respected, multi-branch electro-mechanical engineering business in Wallasey. Hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Mon- Fri, with overtime available, 24-hour emergency standby call-out 1 weekend in 4 during busy periods and use of pool car. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: To carry out in house balancing using various machine types To be competent in the use of adding and removing of weight to different units by welding/drilling/polishing To attend site to carry out Vibration analysis on various types of machinery To attend site to carry out Laser alignment on various types of machinery To attend site to carry out Thermo graphic surveys on various types of machinery To lease with customers at all time and obey all site rules & regulations To be able to complete all relevant paperwork in house and on site To clean and inspect store all machines and site equipment after use After hours work as and when required to meet business needs. A weekly rota system is implemented (on call) Good house-keeping at all times The company offer competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour leading to an OTE of £38,000 pa depending on overtime worked.
