The Projects: Specialising in the luxury residential market, this business takes on projects in the £1-8m range. Current projects include a £4.2m full strip out and refurb of a small townhouse in Kensington, a £6.5m project in Fulham which involves a basement dig with a pool, roof terrace, full high-end fit out throughout, and a smaller £1m extension and fit out in Chelsea. The Role: Due to the growth and expansion of the company, there's a need to hire a PM/SPM. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of 2-3 projects, all of which will be at slightly different stages of their programme. Working closely and reporting into the Directors, you will lead a well-structured team of Senior Site Managers and an Assistant Project Manager working below you.
