Our client is a leading office fit out specialist in London and is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be expected to: Plan and coordinate all construction activities on-site. Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting. Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity. A proven track record of running projects between 500k and 3 million will be required along with previous experience running Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects.
