The role is available on a FT or PT basis with free parking and hybrid options. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. We are looking for applicants who are ATT qualified or part-qualified, with a fundamental understanding of UK tax compliance and familiarity with Tax preparation software. Most importantly, we are looking for a hardworking individual who can work under pressure with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities for the Tax Assistant: Preparing tax returns for various clients, including income tax, capital gains tax calculations and rental and self-employed accounts. Undertaking and completing work assigned to you by senior staff, in line with agreed timescales, budgets and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. Preparing draft correspondence to client queries. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and upholding the Firm s reputation. Benefits for the Mechanical Technician include: 37 hours per week - 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday (flexi-time is available) 25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays 5% pension Overtime - time and a half Mon-Sat and double time Sunday after 37 hours worked Private healthcare 2 x base salary life insurance Duties for the Mechanical Technician include:- Assemble mechanical/hydraulic components, subassemblies and assemblies. Mechanical assembly and load testing of subsea products Manufacture and testing of hydraulic hoses and pipe work. Assembly, proof pressure, setup and function testing of wide range of subassemblies and tooling. Interface with other departments to ensure high standards are maintained and project deadlines are met. Complete all necessary documentation, (including quality requirements, timesheets, NCR s ECN etc.). Experience needed for role of Mechanical Technician:- • Ideally suited to an automotive mechanic background. • Understanding of Mechanical assembly and practice. • Shop floor Mechanical apprentice background preferred.
