We launched our Germany business in 2023. We have quickly become the leading digital obesity management clinic in Germany and are on track to grow our patient base by 15x in 2025 You'll be one of the first 10 team members of our German team. We operate like a startup within a startup: small, hyper focused teams that move quickly and obsess about how to improve our patients lives What's next? Since reaching over 60,000 patients globally through our weight management program, our goal in 2025 is to extend access to our core treatment program to over 100,000 patients, whilst launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a global preventative healthcare ecosystem. We're going to build the world's largest international digital healthcare company. This will be really hard to do, but very rewarding and possibly, the adventure of a lifetime with some of the best operators you will ever work with. If that gets you excited, let's talk. Support cross-functional expansion projects: Partner with product, ops, and growth to successfully and efficiently scale our Germany business. About you (Who you are) 4-5+ years of experience in operations, support, or customer service - ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment (e.g. healthtech, consumer startups, or logistics). Fluency in German and English - you've got excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues in a simple way. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you own the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement solutions that are data-driven; you should be highly adept at modelling solutions in Excel / Google sheets. About Eucalyptus (or 'Euc') We're making good health last life a lifetime More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity - a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind 'Juniper', one of the world's largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change means that our patients are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment with Juniper. Since launching, we've grown fast to support millions of patients. In 2024 Globally, grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY and grew our valuation to >$500M USD, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program Grew from 5,000 to 40,000 patients in the UK alone, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS Tailored our offering to over 10,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025 In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem. We're building the world's largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter. If that gets you excited, let's talk! About the role (What you'll be doing) We've found a solution that works for patients. What this means for Euc is that we're growing rapidly, and will need to add 'Eucalypts' in every function across our global offices. As Lead Talent Partner, you'll be based in our London office, supporting across a range of functions from engineering to operations, and everything in between. You'll be responsible for building and leading the Germany Talent team to support hiring managers with attracting and recruiting Eucalypts across Germany. The impact of AI on business globally is inevitable, and the Talent function is no exception. You'll play a critical role in helping to inform and execute our Global Talent Strategy, as well as coach others to embrace technology to improve quality, velocity and cost in recruitment, whilst elevating and differentiating our candidate experience to help Euc attract the best talent in the market. This role is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days in-person at our offices in Old Street. In this role you will Lead end to end recruitment: Build a team of 1-2 Recruiters to deliver end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer accept across all functions in the business in partnership with Hiring Managers. You will guide the team's performance through common Talent metrics and coach them towards performing in the top quartile. Develop our talent armoury: Upgrade our talent workflows, artefacts, and technology stack for a business looking to grow 10x in the next 3 years. This may include scoping, deciding, and rolling out a new applicant tracking system (ATS), and identifying where the team can leverage AI to reduce our time to hire and cost to hire across the business. Design and launch innovative and disciplined sourcing/nurturing strategies: We believe that the best hires are often referrals or sourced. In a world where InMails are abundant, how can we stand out in the best candidate's inboxes, and build a relationship with them over time? Which industry events should we prioritise to connect with high-potential talent? Align the Talent function and workforce plans to broader business priorities: In order for the Talent function to succeed, this must be done in genuine partnership with Functional Leaders to understand their strategic priorities, current team capabilities, and where new capabilities must be brought into the business - and on what time horizon. About you (Who Are We Looking For) Skills & Experience Foundational Experience: You bring at least 7+ years of combined experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment (ideally D2C), along with a background in agency recruitment or a sales-driven environment. Leadership & Execution: You have built and led teams, managed others, or successfully delivered complex, cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong ownership and collaboration skills. Expert problem-solver and detail-oriented: You are not fazed by complex problems and are able to offer creative solutions. You think critically and troubleshoot effectively, whether it's resolving technical or operational issues. You know when to ask questions to clarify expectations. You are organised and take pride in the quality of your work. You can design and manage complex processes, follow guidelines, and ensure a high degree of accuracy in your outputs. Strong communicator in English & fluent in German: You are able to align people around chaos using a variety of mediums from written, verbal, and visually. You are an effective active listener and are able to interact with stakeholders in a concise and effective manner. Comfortable with numbers and synthesising data into clear insights and opportunities. Executional powerhouse: Strategy is simple, achieving it through flawless execution is what's hard. Maintaining momentum will require good judgment and acting quickly within a fast-paced environment. Behaviours & Attitudes Data driven decision maker: You look to rationalise all problems with data and information, and strive to quantify what is qualitative. Through this, you and your stakeholders maintain confidence about the prioritisation of problems to be solved, and the oxygen that you and your teams will be able to unlock for the organisation through reliably converting quality candidates at a predictable and accelerating velocity. Ownership mindset and a servant leader: You have a charismatic 'can do' attitude. You are motivated by impact and driven by wanting to help others. You go the extra mile to create outcomes for your team, stakeholders, and our patients. We're still a small team and there will be blurred lines between roles. We will all need to pitch in to get the job done. This includes motivating the team, prioritising what will move the needle and being ready to help others, regardless of task or team. Calm, collected and adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic, start up environment where you will need to balance quality with velocity and a MVP mindset. You understand how to to prioritise, manage multiple projects end to end and deliver growth results within a highly ambiguous environment. Focussed on development: You foster a strong desire to learn and develop. You can easily adapt in a fast paced environment and consider every new experience as an opportunity to learn. You strive for excellence and constantly improve your abilities. Bonus Points Tech-savvy: You have a working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and other productivity and project management tools/apps. You are comfortable with various commonplace technologies and are able to adapt to new systems quickly. You have worked, or have a personal interest in health tech or women's health. So, why join Eucalyptus? Make real impact, fast - We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than anyone else. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Since launching, we've grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months: We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200. Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb. What's next? In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem. We're building the world's largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter. If that gets you excited, let's talk! About the Role We're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded finance leader to own our UK financial strategy and lay the foundations for European expansion. You'll be the right hand to our VP of Operations UK , acting as the central voice on performance, forecasting, and financial decision-making. From CAC and contribution margin to free cash flow and scenario planning - you'll be responsible for turning financial insight into action. You'll work closely with cross-functional leaders across growth, operations, product, and care to shape the UK's financial trajectory, while ensuring the business runs efficiently and invests wisely. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where the stakes - and the pace - are high. While this role is UK-focused today, it has clear runway to grow into a broader European leadership role as we expand across new markets and business lines. What You'll Be Responsible For Own the UK financial model - Build and manage end-to-end models for revenue, CAC, LTV, margin, and free cash flow. Your outputs will guide day-to-day decisions and long-term bets. Lead the planning process - Drive monthly re-forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modelling in close collaboration with Group FP&A. Be the commercial partner to growth and ops - Set CAC and payback targets, assess performance by cohort, and guide spend allocation to maximise ROI. Run commercial analysis that unlocks growth - Lead deep dives into pricing, retention, margin, and expansion levers to identify opportunities and recommend trade-offs. Make the numbers visible - Build dashboards and trackers for key UK performance metrics (e.g. contribution margin, CAC, LTV, cash flow), keeping the business tightly aligned. Ensure clean, accurate financial operations - Partner with Group Finance on reconciliations, cost allocation, and timely month-end closes. Build for scale - Design financial systems and insights that don't just serve the UK, but become the blueprint for future markets. About You Skills & Experience 6+ years in strategic finance , FP&A, consulting, or banking, with experience in high-growth or tech-enabled businesses. Proven experience owning P&L and end-to-end planning processes - ideally in a business with both consumer and operational complexity. Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, cash flow dynamics , and how these fuel long-term value creation. Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (bonus points for SQL, Looker, NetSuite, or similar tools). Strong commercial instincts - you're as comfortable in the numbers as you are helping teams make smart, trade-off decisions. You move fast and bias toward action, even without perfect information. You bring a strong point of view , but you're open to challenge and new ideas. You get energy from messy, complex problems and know how to bring structure and clarity. You own outcomes , not just analysis - you want to see your insights drive performance. You're calm under pressure, confident with ambiguity, and committed to delivering impact.
