About the role As Head of Aftersales, you will: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Service, Parts, and Workshop professionals Take full ownership of Aftersales performance across customer satisfaction, efficiency, CSI/NPS, and profitability Build strong relationships with BMW UK, customers, and internal teams Ensure outstanding service delivery that reflects both the BMW and Sytner standards Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Aftersales processes Maintain the highest levels of compliance, quality, and operational excellence This role requires a leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands on operational oversight, motivating teams to reach and exceed their potential.
