This is a key position at the heart of school governance. You will provide expert administrative support, ensure the board meets its legal duties, prepare agendas and minutes, offer guidance on governance processes, and help maintain high standards across our schools. This role offers approximately 200 hours per year, paid at Grade 13 (points 6-11) which is currently £25,989 - £28,142 FTE. Additional hours may be claimed for clerking ad hoc panels-such as Complaints, Suspensions, Permanent Exclusions, Staff Panels-or for approved CPD opportunities. This role will involve evening work. What This Role Offers You A unique behind the scenes perspective on how schools operate and make strategic decisions. Opportunities for additional paid work through panel hearings and training. The chance to make a meaningful impact on children's education. Who We Are Looking For Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet-able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
