About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager or in a similar role with a main contractor. Strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge. Excellent design management experience, particularly from RIBA Stage 2 through technical design and construction. A strong understanding of pre construction, tendering, procurement and design development. Demonstrable experience managing testing, commissioning and project handover.
