Eeze is expanding at a rapid rate and has grown to over 650 people in less than 3 years. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and need an additional resource to help us with our expansion plan globally. Key Responsibilities: As a Tech Recruiter, reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will be part of a team of 3 and assist with all technical recruitment for Eeze Europe. Screen candidates and gauge both technical and cultural skills fit, understanding candidate motivation. Manage job postings on TeamTailor and headhunt for additional candidates where necessary. Brainstorm with the HR team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies. Work effectively in an ambiguous environment, making decisions at speed. Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the HR team and tech stakeholders. Provide market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy. Collaborate with hiring managers to reduce time to hire. Your Experience: 3+ years of corporate (in-house) end-to-end recruiting experience.
