Service Delivery Manager Remote £50,000 - £60,000 VIQU are partnering with a fast-growing technology organisation within the data protection and managed services space, seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their Service Operations team. The role manages around 60 customer accounts, overseeing service delivery, relationships, escalations and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, be confident managing multiple priorities and understand technical concepts around backup, recovery, licensing and data protection. Key Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager: • Conduct quarterly service reviews and ensure services meet agreed standards • Manage around 60 customer accounts and proactively prioritise customer requirements • Analyse reporting data to identify trends and potential issues • Produce high-quality customer reports and presentations • Track service actions and ensure timely follow-up • Manage escalations with Service Desk and Technical teams • Monitor support tickets and drive resolution where required • Build strong customer, partner and internal relationships Key Experience Required of the Service Delivery Manager: • 2+ years' experience in a Service Delivery role • 2+ years' experience within an IT environment • Experience managing multiple customer accounts and competing priorities • Understanding of IT support and Service Desk operations, including escalations • Understanding of backup, recovery, licensing and different data types • Excellent customer, partner and stakeholder communication skills • Experience producing high-quality customer reporting and presentations • Highly organised with strong time management skills • Competent with Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint • Knowledge of ITIL and Backup/DR solutions is desirable Apply for the Service Delivery Managernow to speak with VIQU IT in confidence, or reach out to Fay Toomey via the VIQU IT website. Electrical Systems / EDS Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Warwick VIQU have partnered with an engineering organisation seeking an Electrical Systems / EDS Engineer to support the development and integration of a next-generation electric vehicle platform. The successful Electrical Systems / EDS Engineer will be working across electrical distribution systems (EDS), wiring harnesses, electrical schematics and vehicle integration, the successful engineer will support the design, development and integration of electrical systems across the vehicle. Key Responsibilities Design and develop vehicle electrical distribution systems (EDS), wiring harnesses and associated electrical components. Produce and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and system documentation. Support the routing and integration of LV and HV wiring harnesses across vehicle systems. Define electrical components, connectors, interfaces and associated design requirements. Work closely with Systems, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams to ensure successful vehicle-level integration. Support testing, commissioning, fault finding and resolution of electrical integration issues. Manage design changes and support engineering release, production and manufacturing activities. Key Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an Electrical Systems / EDS Engineer, wiring harness or vehicle electrical systems design. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring architectures and electrical design principles. Experience designing and integrating vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical components. Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems, interfaces and CAN Bus communications. Experience with electrical design / CAD tools; Zuken E3, Solid Edge or similar advantageous. Practical experience of testing, diagnostics and electrical fault finding. Experience within automotive, EV, motorsport, off-highway, commercial vehicle or similar electro-mechanical environments.
