Capability Needs Identification & Strategic Roadmapping Partner with commercial leaders to conduct capability diagnostics using assessments, surveys, performance analytics, skills data, and business KPIs. Translate diagnostic findings into annual and multi-year capability roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Pricing, Customer Engagement, and related functions. Leverage commercial platform data, CRM insights, omnichannel analytics, and market performance indicators to prioritize interventions.
