A welcoming and well-established secondary SEN school is seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join its multidisciplinary support team. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in social care, youth work, mental health or SEN support , who wants to make a lasting difference to young people with complex needs. The school supports pupils with a range of additional and complex needs , which may include ASD, SEMH, learning difficulties and social, emotional or behavioural challenges . Many pupils require structured, therapeutic support to help them regulate emotions, develop independence and engage positively with school life. The Role: As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour and personal development , working closely with teaching staff, therapists and families.
