I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading property consultancy who are looking to grow their well-established valuation team. They are ideally looking for a valuer between Surveyor - Senior Surveyor level. My client is a multi-disciplinary firm who provides a wide range of services including valuation, agency, property management,rating + more. This role will predominately focus on carrying out Red Book valuations across commercial investments and mixed use development portfolios. Responsibilities: Valuation of commercial property on a regular basis (typically monthly and quarterly). Carrying out due diligence enquiries. Taking ownership and responsibility for a portfolio of properties. Reporting to clients and colleagues and keeping in regular contact with investment and agency teams. Attending regular meetings with clients. Help mentor junior memebers of the team What you need: Ideally MRICS qualified 2-5 years' experience working in commercial valuation Familiar with Excel and Argus Valuation software Experience mentoring junior members of staff Excellent communication slkills

Proven expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, Buildsoft). Strong understanding of NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contracts. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Attributes: Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
