Facilities Co-ordinator & Front of House Manager (Site Staff) Reference No: Facilities Co-ordinator & Front of House Manager SHW Commercial Management We are recruiting for a Facilities Co-ordinator & Front of House Manager based on site located in Reading. Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations with the support of the FM/PM team. Maintain a presence in the building, aiding all personnel and contractors visiting and utilising the building. Assist with the smooth running of the building and with any emergencies, including handling tenant enquiries, deliveries to the building, and managing contractors whilst on site. Provide facilities administrative support to other properties within the portfolio with support of the FM Team. Coordinate events beneficial to the occupants whilst increasing presence on social media platforms. Do you have the right to work in the UK? Taking responsibility for the management and provision of facilities services within the building, including compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance, and service charge management. Working closely with the Management Surveyors and Team you will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent relationships with all client interfaces, suppliers and other service providers.
