It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements: 5+ years of experience in Major Programme Management or Programme management, with strong focus in PMO or governance roles Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, Major Programme Management or equivalent) Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps or equivalent) Demonstrable success delivering complex transformation programmes Evidence skills that surpass conventional project management - demonstrating interdisciplinary knowledge in strategy, governance, risk, finance, and stakeholder leadership A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Business, Information Management, Technology, engineering) Current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle It would be advantageous if you have any of the following: Experience in smart metering, AI, or major digital transformation programmes. Leadership in complex, and regulated/utilities environments. Proficiency in building, maintaining, and driving execution of structured project and major programme plans and associated governance.
