Efficiency Initiative Execution Map current-state processes and identify pain points and inefficiencies Conduct gap assessments with internal stakeholders Support the design and propose future-state solutions across systems, processes, and training Estimate time/cost impact of changes and align implementation plans Coordinate stakeholder reviews, feedback, and approvals Project Management of Internal Initiatives Lead cross-functional internal projects from scoping through to delivery Set clear timelines, assign ownership, and manage execution Track risks, milestones, and ensure alignment across business units Support the Integration efforts following recent team expansions Client Feedback Innovation Projects Project manage initiatives stemming from client feedback Engage with service line leads to co-develop and implement improvements Track and communicate progress of changes based on feedback Who are you? The role of a Manager/Senior Manager is to manage delivery of high-quality HEOR and market access projects on time and within budget, be accountable for the quality of work produced, confidently manage and expand client relationships, and enable FIECON's continued growth by supporting business development opportunities and internal initiatives. Degree level qualification (2.1 or higher preferred) in a health-related, numerical and/or analytical scientific discipline (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operational Science, MORSE, Biochemistry, Natural Sciences). Excellent IT and numerical skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Logistics: Must be eligible to work in the UK (or EU depending on countries). Flexible working.
