We're recruiting a Head of IT Operations to own the reliability, security and day-to-day operation of the company's IT environment across all sites. This is a genuinely strategic role (not a helpdesk or ticketing function) covering infrastructure, networks, cyber-security, resilience and end-user support, distinct from the company's separate software/platform engineering team.
