About the role We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our commercial portfolio for FRA and LCBT, primarily across apprenticeship and workforce development. You will engage brands across the Fashion, Beauty, and Retail sectors. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, growing key partnerships, and expanding our commercial programme awareness. This position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, business development, and business solution skills, and a deep understanding of learning and development and the apprenticeship landscape. About you Qualifications: Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above) and educated to A level standard or equivalent. Experience: Experience of working in a similar role and Experience in key account management, consultancy selling, or business development roles, preferably in levy funded or commercial Learning. Expertise: Proficient in sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract negotiation. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Skills: Strong client relationship management and communication abilities, with proven skill in presenting complex ideas clearly. Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including interpreting market data and turning insights into actionable strategies. Independent Assessor Specialising in Coaching Education for Industry Awards (Part of EFI Group) Remote/Home-based Freelance (outside IR35) Flexible hours, as and when required About Education for Industry Awards Education for Industry (EFI) Awards provides trusted assessment services to the fashion and retail industry. As an independent offshoot of the Fashion and Retail Academy (part of Education for Industry Group), we have educational excellence and industry responsiveness at our core. EFI Awards is a specialist End Point Assessment (EPA) organisation, that delivers independent assessment to apprentices at the end of their programme. All proceeds from our services are re-invested into the EFI Group charity, which aims at inspiring and developing the next generation of talent. About the role We are seeking Level 5-qualified coaching professionals to support the development and assessment of this apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. Ideally, candidates will already be involved in end-point assessment for this standard with other organisations and will bring strong, relevant occupational experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their existing assessment experience and become a key contributor to the quality of our service. About you: Qualifications: A Level 5 or above Coaching qualification. An Assessor qualification would be ideal, although not essential. Experience: Experience in the delivery and/or assessment of the L5 Coaching Apprenticeship and occupational experience of coaching in the workplace. Expertise: Experience of developing assessment materials, including exam questions would be ideal.
