Quality Engineer Working hours: 8:00am 4:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8:00am 1:30pm Friday ReeVR Talent are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our clients brand new Manufacturing facility. This is a key position in ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) is fully aligned with regulatory requirements, customer expectations and internal processes. You will be pivotal in implementing: Product quality Driving effective root cause analysis Contributing to the reduction of cost of poor quality. During the facility transition phase, you will also provide hands-on quality support to establish robust production and inspection controls. Key Responsibilities Quality & Compliance Produce and submit First and Last Article Inspection Reports (FAIR/LAIR) to customers Validate incoming supplier inspection and quality reports Provide ongoing inspection support for products, including inward and outward inspection Monitor internal product quality issues and escalate where required Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities to implement effective and sustainable corrective actions Achieve and maintain Delegated Quality Representative (DQR) status with customers Audits & Assurance Lead and host customer audits Carry out internal audits in line with the internal audit programme Other Responsibilities Undertake training identified as necessary for the role Support the wider business during periods of reduced departmental staffing to maintain customer satisfaction Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by management or Directors Undertake ad hoc duties, including training, departmental tasks, or short-term secondments to other departments Company Responsibilities Understand and apply the Business Management System (BMS) relevant to the role Comply with all Health & Safety requirements Proactively raise any issues that could impact the business, regardless of size Carry out all duties in line with company policies, procedures, and the Business Management System Apply today or contact Abby Maslin at ReeVR Talent for more details.
