Quantity Surveyor Connahs Quay, North Wales We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based in Connahs Quay, North Wales. The position offers a salary of up to £55k, with accommodation subsidies provided for weekly travel. Role Overview: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and ambitious company with a strong industry presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractor accounts, contracts, and variations. Prepare and submit valuations, budgets, and financial reports. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control. Provide commercial support to project teams and liaise with clients. What Were Looking For: Relevant degree or equivalent with 5+ years of QS experience. NEC contract experience (preferred). Strong financial and commercial acumen.
