On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a short-term holiday cover assignment based in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing external works on a live construction site. Location: Crawley (RH10) Start Date: Tuesday, 16th July Duration: 2 Weeks Rate: negotiable (CIS or LTD) Role Overview: You will manage daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that external works are delivered to a high standard of safety, quality, and programme. A strong main contracting background is essential for this position. Project Scope: These are commercial unit developments, with work involving plasterboard partitioning systems fixed to metal stud and track. The positions offer long-term opportunities, with durations ranging from 4 months to 1 year, depending on project progress and performance. Requirements: To be considered, you must: Have proven experience as a Dryliner Fixer on commercial projects Hold a valid CSCS card (NVQ Level 2 in Drylining preferred) Provide your own tools and PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots) Have the right to work in the UK Be able to supply checkable references Rates: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Interested?
