Job Title: Welder fabricator Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire Pay: £15.00 £20.00 per hour Schedule: Mon Thurs (8am 5pm) and Friday (8am 1pm). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Role Overview Join an elite workshop in Daventry specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance roll cages for high-end motorsport vehicles. This is a precision-led role involving the full lifecycle of cage production from interpreting technical drawings to the final fabrication and welding of safety structures that meet MSA/FIA standards Responsibilities & Requirements Welding Proficiency: Expert-level MIG & TIG welding on mild steel, and aluminium. Fabrication: Preparing modern and historic motorsport body shells and using technical drawings for precision part fabrication. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, calculate dimensions accurately, and use varied hand/power tools. Experience: Minimum 4 years of welding and 1 year of fabrication experience is required. Benefits Subsidised company pension scheme. 23 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
