The Head of School will work with the Executive Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team, Nursery Lead Teachers, Staff team, Parents/Carers, Governors and the LA, as appropriate, to maintain and improve provision and outcomes for pupils, volunteers, and students across the Federation.
