You will monitor data transfers between SAP and external systems resolving issues while ensure running compliance with Master Data change requests. Review Bill of Materials, routing and costing working closely with various teams including Operations, Finance, Commercial and Purchasing ensuring best practice is followed. Analyse the customer short term/long term requirements, understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities. Review master data accuracy daily and maintain in a timely manner. Analyse SAP transactions for finished goods and raw materials altering wrongly made declaration to ensure high level of inventory accuracy. Improve data gathering and exchange and maintain data integrity in SAP. Schedule customer weekly after sales requirement and delivery. Create monthly sales and operations planning to acquire volume level and optimise resources. Prepare the Master Production Schedule ensuring a level production plan and make production provisions for variation of customer demand. Provide support for SAP data maintenance requirements and SAP master data reviews. SAP data analysis to ensure errors are identified and resolved to maintain the billing process. Manage inventory cycle count and any line study analysis required. Complete inventory investigations needed. Coordinate flow of returnable packaging to and from suppliers. Support annual and monthly stock take. The Person Must hold previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Would ideally be degree qualified in a relevant subject.
