The Role: As a Land Buyer, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth of the business by sourcing and securing land opportunities suitable for residential development. You will focus on key target areas across Essex and London, identifying both on- and off-market sites, assessing viability, and negotiating acquisitions. You'll be supported by an experienced senior team and be given the autonomy to build and manage a successful land pipeline. This role is ideal for a motivated land professional who thrives on deal-making and has an established network in the region.
