The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in complex refurbishments and structural alterations . You'll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, from early-stage cost planning through to final account, ensuring profitability and cost control throughout. Our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, overseeing key projects in the Chertsey and Crawley area. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility for one or more residential developments, ensuring cost efficiency, contract compliance, and smooth delivery through all stages of the build. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager and work closely with the site and design teams to drive financial performance and ensure the successful completion of projects. Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a well-established subcontractor to recruit an experienced Reactive Maintenance Operations Manager / Head of Maintenance on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering fast-paced, reactive maintenance services across both domestic and commercial properties throughout London. IMPORTANT: Must have experience managing a maintenance team across multiple sites to a level of (Apply online only) call outs per week. The Role: This is a hands-on operations role where you will be responsible for setting up and managing systems and processes for the maintenance division, as well as overseeing a team of Engineers, managing a planner/coordinator and an administration assistant. The role covers emergency and reactive repair work and will require strong leadership, technical understanding, and exceptional organisational skills.
