Quantity Surveyor - Cut & Carve / Refurbishment Projects Location: Medway, Kent Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance Hill McGlynn Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable main contractor delivering a diverse range of cut & carve, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across Kent and the South East. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team in Medway . The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in complex refurbishments and structural alterations . You'll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, from early-stage cost planning through to final account, ensuring profitability and cost control throughout.
