About the Role To deliver a world-class customer experience with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for ensuring all logistics requirements are fulfilled accurately, on time and in full, while maintaining timely completion of all associated documentation. The post holder will operate in full compliance with company policies, corporate standards and relevant legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Order Processing Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and timely response. Process sales orders accurately and within agreed business KPI targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system. Ensure all required information is obtained for order processing, liaising with customers where details are incomplete. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally, in line with KPI requirements while Identifing opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Identify customers who would benefit from visits from the external sales team and provide relevant details for follow-up. Sales Support & Administration Support the external sales team by providing CRM information, administration, and ad-hoc assistance as required. Liaise effectively with internal departments including Technical, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to support customer service activities. Financial Administration Investigate customer invoice queries and process credit notes where appropriate. Performance & Continuous Improvement Demonstrate excellent time management and attendance to meet business requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, enhance safety, and increase engagement. Compliance Comply with all company policies and statutory requirements relating to Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental standards, and other business procedures. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience within a commercial administration, customer service, or sales support environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines through effective time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word while having Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing information and maintaining records. Customer-focused approach with the ability to investigate and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Demonstrates problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with a willingness to develop these further through practical tasks and projects. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving efficiencies and able to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives. With a reputation for quality, innovation and continuous improvement, we're looking for a motivated Goods In Team Leader to join our manufacturing team. The Role As the Goods In Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading, supporting and developing your team while ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll provide day-to-day direction on the shop floor, promote a positive working culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent Health & Safety and Environmental standards across the department. Lead, motivate and supervise production staff in line with company policies. Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demand. Monitor product quality and ensure all standards are consistently achieved. Act as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, professionalism and accountability. Support employee development through training, mentoring, appraisals and performance reviews. Assist with recruitment, investigations and employee development where required. Work closely with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and 5S activities to enhance productivity, safety and workplace organisation. Ensure production targets are delivered on time and in full. Promote waste reduction, sustainability and safe working practices. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who leads by example and enjoys developing others while delivering results. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role. Strong communication and people management skills. A proactive, positive and hands-on approach. Good understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment. Experience carrying out quality inspections and maintaining production standards. Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team. A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Desirable but not essential to be considered for the role; Fire Marshal qualification. First Aid qualification. Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles. The finer details: While this role is ideally suited to someone looking to work our standard 48-hour week, we recognise the importance of flexibility and welcome applications from candidates seeking a 40-hour working week - this is Monday - Friday days only.
