BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT LEADER - INSIDE IR35 - 40 PER HOUR - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - SUSTAINABILITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The Project Construction Leader is responsible for leading CAPEX construction projects from initial feasibility through design, delivery, and final handover. The role involves managing multi-functional teams, coordinating external consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and to budget. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-functional project teams and external consultants to deliver building services and refurbishment projects. Manage projects from inception and feasibility through design, specification, site delivery, and handover. Develop project delivery plans, manage risks and opportunities, and oversee CAPEX business cases through approval and close-out. Oversee detailed building services design, including plant replacement and refurbishment works. Monitor professional service work packages and on-site works, ensuring technical compliance and H&S standards. Liaise with clients, architects, and design teams; prepare reports, drawings, specifications, and cost documentation. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and ethical requirements. Skills & Experience Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams on capital investment projects. Background in facilities management, consultancy, or senior project management roles. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, including operation, maintenance, and lifecycle planning. Experience delivering small to medium refurbishment projects in existing buildings. Ability to translate client briefs into clear construction scopes and consultant requirements. Proficient with industry design tools and project management software (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint, G Suite). ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services or related engineering discipline. Professional membership (e.g. CIBSE, IMechE, IET) desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Please note, there will be regular supplier visits to international sites and you must have awareness of AS9100 and ISO 9001. PRINCIPAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER - INSIDE IR35 - 45 PER HOUR ( 333 PER DAY) - 6 MONTHS - 2 STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - STEVENAGE (+INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL) Complete scheduled Quality Assurance audits at suppliers using standardised tools Conduct thorough verification / inspection of products to ensure they meet the required quality standards Identify and document any non-conformities in the manufacturing process and deviations from the product specifications Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities Communicate findings to relevant departments / stakeholders and work cross functionally to implement root cause corrective actions at supplier Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products Participate in the Project Quality network to report and share the quality assurance status linked to applicable suppliers Provide non-conformance, root cause & corrective action data analysis and summary reports into senior stakeholders What we're looking for from you: Trained auditor to AS9100 is essential Experienced in conducting Quality Audits & surveillance Ideally minimum HNC/HND in Engineering would be desirable Experienced quality professional within Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electronic Engineering Proven track record in Quality, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Ideally defence, automotive or aerospace experience Familiarity with GD&T and able to use a variety of metrology equipment (where applicable) Practitioner of current QA problem solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.) Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle management Strong analytical skills; ability to run reports in Excel, use SAP QM system, and document management tools Continuous improvement awareness and ability to use own initiative to deliver improvements Experience is NADCAP is desirable Good planning and organising skills to ensure multiple tasks are prioritised and monitored to deliver set objectives Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation Recognise and understand regulatory and certification requirements, and respond to them

ELECTRONICS DESIGN ENGINEER - INSIDE IR35 - 58 PER HOUR ( 429.20 PER DAY) - STEVENAGE, ONSITE - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - OPPORTUNITY TO UNDERGO SC CLEARANCE You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge electronic solutions for weapon systems. This will include on board missile sub-systems and Land, Sea and Air based Firing Units. Your role will entail responsibility for the quality and performance of the electronic solution together with providing cost and schedule updates to a project manager. You will have a sound track record in electronic design capability throughout the product life cycle, i.e. early concept through to production. The technical solutions you will implement will range across the Power and Analogue Electronics sphere of expertise and will be at both sub-system and board level.
