Overview We are expanding our Digital & Transformation Consulting team and are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities You will contribute to a range of client projects, with responsibilities aligned to your experience level: Digital Transformation Delivery Supporting and/or leading the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across client operations. Assessing client processes and identifying opportunities for digital tools, automation, and workflow optimisation. Process & Technology Insight Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. Advising on or contributing to P2P process and workflow design. Bringing experience with systems such as Zip, Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar platforms (advantageous but not essential). Stakeholder Engagement Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities. Project Management & Change Supporting or managing project delivery, timelines, risks, and outputs. Leading workshops, project modules, or teams (scope dependent on experience). What We're Looking For We welcome applicants with a range of experience, typically c.2-8 years in digital transformation consulting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. An understanding of digital transformation principles, tools, and technologies. Experience with procurement or P2P processes (desirable). The ability to work collaboratively in a client facing environment. Confidence communicating technical concepts to non technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management techniques; experience owning or leading workstreams is an advantage for more experienced applicants. This is primarily a client-facing role, with the flexibility to work remotely when possible.
