Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to bookings, rates, proof of delivery (PODs), and all relevant transport documentation. Verify that all subcontractors meet the company's compliance requirements, including maintaining valid insurance and operator licences. Assist with invoice verification and the effective control of transport costs. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Ensure 100% of subcontractors have valid compliance documentation before being allocated work. Maintain booking and rate-entry accuracy of at least 99%. Operational Support Monitor daily transport movements and proactively address any delivery issues. Identify and escalate delays, service failures, or other operational concerns as required. Work collaboratively with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to support smooth and efficient operations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Maintain an on-time delivery performance of at least 97%. Ensure service failures are investigated and escalated within the agreed company SLA.
