Landscape Maintenance Supervisor - Green Walls Salary £32,000 to £36,000, Travel (Oyster Card) Overtime and Benefits Mobile in London & South East Permanent You will head up a team of 2 Maintenance Operatives in this industry leading specialist Landscaper. You will have full responsibility for maintaining the company s Living Walls and Urban Greening Installations to the highest standard and will often be Front of House , communicating with the client and representing the company. The Company: Our client is a leading installer of Living Walls and green solutions for urban environments. They currently employ over 100 staff in their head office, nursery and in the field, operating from a fleet of vehicles servicing projects across the UK. The Job: As a Horticultural Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining Living Walls at a number of the companies most prestigious sites in Central London and across the South. You will be based from home and need to go into the company yard on an occasional basis. The company have some sites that are outside of London and would require a few nights away (max 20) per year. The company pay accommodation, meals and £25 per night. Attend site General maintenance and upkeep of living walls to a high standard Maintain assigned Living walls and irrigation systems Confidently assess living walls and send reports to the maintenance manager Organise and schedule own workload Friendly, professional communication with client contact The Person: You will be an experienced Gardener or Horticulturist, hold a recognised Horticultural qualification, be able to be able to demonstrate initiative, possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Horticulture experience working with Living Walls and Green Architecture A knowledge of Irrigation systems Good plant knowledge PA1 & PA6 Current UK Driving Licence Excellent customer service skills Ideally hold IPAF and PASMA

Team Leader, Landscape Grounds Maintenance Salary £30,000 to £33,000 + Vehicle + Bonus Bromley / SE London Permanent Our client is a leading Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance company who look after the grounds of a mixed range of clients from municipal parks and gardens to schools and commercial properties. You will be responsible for running a team out of their local depot and will be an integral part of the depot operations and you get your Birthday off! The Job: Each GM Team is responsible for ensuring that the sites assigned to them are maintained to the highest standards. You will have a reasonable knowledge of gardening practices and regular duties will centre on the maintenance of grassed areas, mowing, strimming, plant care, pruning, weeding, litter collection and spraying. Other duties will include seasonal planting and turfing. You will ensure that you have the correct uniform and PPE and that the vehicles and machinery that you use are in good order and safe to operate. Duties will include; Your plant and general gardening knowledge will enable you to identify problems and solutions. General Horticultural duties as necessary Making sure that completed work is recorded and reported Communicating any issues or problems with your Line Manager Notification of any H&S issues, Observations or Accidents in line with company procedures Making sure you have the correct uniform and PPE Ensuring that all vehicles and machinery that you use are in good order and safe to operate Making sure that all tools and equipment are well maintained, clean and serviceable The Person: A current Driving Licence is essential. Ideally about two years previous experience in Landscaping A broad range of Landscaping skills would be extremely useful. Ideally a current CSCS Card PA1 and PA6 Certificate and a Trailer licence would be an advantage.

Grounds Maintenance Operative Salary 30,000 to 35,000 Wokingham, Berkshire Permanent This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week which means that you will be paid all year and for holidays. Our client is a leading Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance company who look after the grounds of a mixed range of private and commercial clients from municipal parks and gardens to schools, universities and commercial properties. The Job: Each GM Team is responsible for ensuring that the sites assigned to them are maintained to the highest standards. You will have a reasonable knowledge of gardening practices and regular duties will centre on the maintenance of grassed areas, mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, plant care, pruning and spraying. You will also be involved in some planting, fencing and small tree works. You will also assist with the Winter Gritting Program BUT this is paid at double time in addition to the salary. You will ensure that you have the correct uniform and PPE and that the vehicles and machinery that you use are in good order and safe to operate. The Person: You will need a driving licence to be considered for this position. Ideally at least one years previous experience in Landscaping A broad range of Landscaping skills would be extremely useful. PA1 and PA6 Certificate, a Chainsaw ticket and a Trailer Licence would be an advantage.
