- Site Preparation: Preparing the site for tunnelling work, including setting up equipment and ensuring safety measures are in place - Material Handling: Moving and handling materials, resources, and components by mechanically assisted or manual means - Equipment Operation: Operating powered units, tools, and pedestrian plant, machinery, and equipment specific to tunnelling operations - Teamwork: Working individually and as part of a team to install and remove tunnelling plant, components, machinery, and equipment - Safety Compliance: Following technical requirements and safety procedures associated with different tunnelling processes and methods The Role Will require tunnelling and shaft works Must hold CSCS card and manual handling. Must be physically fit and have experience working in the tunnelling industry or relative major infrastructure works. Be able to carry out general labouring duties and follow instruction in a safe manner. Work effectively in a team and follow site safety procedures, permits and work to specific method statements.
