Job Title: Key Stage 3 Teacher Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 + SEN allowance (£2,679 - £5,285) Job type: Full/Part Time, Contract/Permanent Start date: April 2025 or sooner MLK Search has recently been assigned to support this Specialist Free School for children with Autism to appoint a dynamic, experienced teacher for their new satellite provision. This will welcome children and young people in Early Years and Key Stage 3 to build on their strengths, learning, confidence, and enjoyment Ofsted recently graded the school as Good after the prior assessment of Requires Improvement. The progress underlines the improvement journey so far, though they are far from satisfied and continue to embed practice.
