The position is for an North West (Preston) based consultancy working in the built environment. The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager MRICS carrying out the following responsibilities: Contract administration Project based work Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc. Valuations, variations etc. Supporting junior building surveyors Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager MRICS requirements for the role are: Minimum of 4 years experience Either residential, commercial or education experience ideal. Autonomously running projects MRICS Both project and professional services experience.
