Electrical Project Manager is required for a new build residential project based in Bracknell which consists of 1000 + new build high end apartments The company have a turnover of 80m + and currently have 8 projects running throughout the South at the moment, They have a high performing team in place and are now looking to recruit a Electrical Project Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established company on a long term project with progession offered. Electrical Project Manager Duties Working closely with clients to gage project goals and make sure that their expectations are met give an understanding of the processes. Responsible for running the electrical project from inception Stage through to completion. Monitoring and maintaining projects delivery Sub Contractor Management Procurement Health &Safety Progress reports Managing a Team of Site Supervisors Making sure the supervisors works have been signed off correctly Making sure the team have the correct Drawings and Information Ordering of materials Attending weekly progress meetings, Daily brief meetings Tech Subs We are looking for a candidate who can show they have managed a number of projects from start to completion.
