The Role Lotus is looking for an experienced Commercial Business Analyst to join our IT team in Coventry, playing a key role in shaping and optimising our Order to Delivery (OTD) and Aftersales business systems. Acting as the critical link between our business stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate commercial and operational requirements into effective digital solutions that improve efficiency, support revenue growth and enhance the customer and dealer experience. What We're Looking For You will bring strong Business Analysis experience, ideally gained within an automotive, commercial, sales, order management or Aftersales environment. We are looking for someone with: Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role. A proven track record of delivering technology-enabled business transformation. Experience working with commercial processes, sales operations, order management systems and/or Aftersales.
