JOB DESCRIPTION To oversee and manage multiple client projects. You are responsible for managing all aspects of the project from receipt to completion. This will include: Receiving the design brief, providing quotes and production lead times as appropriate. You will be involved in initial project meetings where you will need to offer and discuss project direction. You may need to provide quotes to supply the work and will need to estimate production lead times on print work. Communication with the client throughout production is key as well as providing constant feedback on how the project is progressing. Work with external suppliers to outsource work. Certain work will need to be outsourced, so you will need to manage work through other suppliers. Quality, budget and timelines will need to be managed. Visit suppliers to ensure goods being produced are to the specification and quality expected. Provide a full briefing to the production team. Daily and weekly meetings with the production team to brief in projects and set project targets will be required. The production eam must have a full understanding of what is expected of them.
