My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury are looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They can hire at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Level. This position is Hybrid, three days a week in the office and two remote. Once established in the role and billing well this can reduce to 2 days in the office. You will be hiring perm professionals into UK markets, they have several white collar professional desks available. They will fully cross train you on market when you join, so as long as you are used to filling professional and commercial perm roles that is fine. They have lots of existing clients, the role will be 360 with a focus on new BD but there will also be roles to get you settled in and started whilst you build a desk. They are very well known in the market with long term established clients. The position is train accessible. You don't need a driving licence to apply. Selling Points Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high-earning role. The Role This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK.
