Essential Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in the design, integration, and roll-out of end-to-end digital telecommunications systems . (Experience with Milsatcom systems is highly desirable). Demonstrable experience covering the space, control, and ground segments using established methodologies (Waterfall or Agile). Experience in defining solutions within an Architectural Framework utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and appropriate tools (Enterprise Architect is desirable). Experience in technical engagement with external customers and internal partners.
