Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity - Central London - Commercial Fit Out MK Search are working with a well-respected and established M&E contractor, operating as a full turnkey provider within the commercial fit-out sector who are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to join their Small Works Division. The role will focus predominantly on live banking frameworks, delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects in occupied and security-sensitive environments. The role: You will take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of multiple small works and fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with internal design, commercial and construction teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely on programme and within budget. Commissioning Manager Opportunity Tier 1 M&E Contractor Major Commercial Project MK Search are working with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a flagship £150m commercial development in Central London. The business is one of the most respected M&E contractors in the UK, with a strong and secure pipeline of major projects across London. They are known within the industry as one of the highest-paying employers, offering long-term stability and progression on some of the capital s most prestigious schemes. MK Search are working with a leading M&E contractor with a strong presence across the residential and hotel sectors who due to a number of project wins in central London are looking for for x2 mechanical supervisors to join their London division. Project are all notable mixed use residential projects in partnership with leading main contractors and developers with MEP values ranging from 10- 35m. Reporting to a mechanical project manager you will be tasked with taking control of a mix of direct labour and specialist subcontractors to manage through to PC Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and plant installation Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to spec, on time and within budget Liaise with the site management team, engineers, and other trades Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance across site activities Conduct inspections, snagging, and handovers Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on residential projects Mechanical trade qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) SSSTS certification (essential) Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices Ability to read drawings and coordinate M&E installations effectively Sign off to pay very attractive salaries or day rates with a chance to join a leading contractor who can boast a very busy order book and garaunteed work for at least the next 18 months.
