About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to handle a Sales support/Account Management; to provide crucial administrative support to our sales team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of quotes, project management, and client communication, enabling our sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Act as a proactive liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing inquiries promptly. Prepare and customize sales proposals and presentations, collaborating with the sales team to ensure they align with client needs and company branding. Manage and update customer databases and CRM information with a focus on sales pipeline accuracy and lead tracking. Conduct initial qualification of incoming enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales materials. Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams. Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in person. Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders. Quote Management: Prepare and generate accurate and timely quotes based on sales team specifications. Manage and track quote revisions and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of all quotes in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, commercial, CAD) to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility. Project Management Support: Assist sales team in project initiation and planning. Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Maintain organized project documentation and files. Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally within the printing or related industry but not essential. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of printing processes and terminology is a plus.

They provide services to manufacturing, engineering, industrial and logistics clients from individual one-off projects right through to a comprehensive out-sourced marketing solution. They are now looking for a PR Account Manager to join their team. You could be a seasoned PR Manager or a PR Executive looking to take their next career step - the key is to demonstrate the versatility, mind-set and juggling skills to work within a busy agency environment. Your role alongside the account directors will be to develop and implement PR strategies/campaigns as part of their clients' overall marketing plans. Tailoring them to business objectives, focusing on media relations by managing and building relationships with key journalists, influencers and media outlets to secure coverage for clients, content creation and campaigns. You will track and analyse PR campaigns performance, providing clients and account directors with regular updates as well as staying up to date on industry trends, new media outlets, influencer trends and digital PR strategies.
