As Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for scaling up Hoxton Farms' cultivated fat production from our pilot facility to full-scale manufacturing. You'll lead our technical operations across three core areas: Production, Scale-Up R&D, and Hardware Development. This is a critical role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with the leadership team to shape the company's roadmap, drive major engineering build projects and ensure our production capability keeps pace with our commercial goals.
