Following continued success and a growing pipeline of work, SEP Rail Services is looking to recruit a Utility Surveyor to join our expanding team. Depending on experience, we're open to appointing at either Senior or Lead level. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Utility Surveyor - or a Land Surveyor with proven experience in the water infrastructure sector, to take the next step in their career and join a business that's growing fast, with a strong reputation for doing things the right way: safely, professionally and with pride. Responsibilities: Undertaking utility and PAS surveys Liaising and working with other survey departments across SEP Rail Group Assisting with the maintenance of vans and survey equipment Supporting the delivery of high-quality, accurate survey data Leading or mentoring team members on site where appropriate (if appointed at Lead level) Requirements: QCF Level 3 or Level 5 in Utility Mapping and Surveying Strong working knowledge of PAS128 standards Proficiency with GPR, electromagnetic location equipment, GPS, and AutoCAD Candidates will require experience with total station. Experience in utility surveying or a land surveying background with an interest in utilities Must be available to work away from home Must be available for night work
