Job Overview Manager, Corporate Strategy & Planning at AVEVA - a full time permanent position based in London, UK. The role supports the development and execution of enterprise strategy and long range plans, working closely with senior leaders across the business. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise strategy and long range planning through structured analysis, scenario evaluation, and executive ready materials. Conduct financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to assess performance, portfolio choices, and strategic trade offs. Analyze market, competitive, and industry trends across industrial software, engineering workflows and asset centric operations. Partner with Product, R&D, Sales, Finance and GTM teams to inform strategic direction across the Design-Build-Operate-Optimize lifecycle. Contribute to selective strategic initiatives, including growth priorities, portfolio reviews and transformation efforts. Essential Requirements 5-7 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, consulting or technical roles with a strong analytical component. Background or strong exposure to engineering, industrial software, industrial automation or related technical domains. Strong hands on analytical capability, including financial modelling and structured problem solving. Ability to synthesize complex technical and commercial inputs into clear, actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field. Desired Skills Intellectual curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand industrial domains, products and customer workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders. Results oriented mindset with a focus on practical impact and decision support. Collaborative working style, comfortable influencing across functions without direct authority. Working Arrangements Hybrid: based in London office with an expectation of 50% onsite work.
