YOUR MISSION: You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team! You will be working in the pastry section to prepare our delicious desserts from scratch, from giant lemon pie to homemade gelato. We're looking for a Head of Sales - Events & Private Dining UK & Ireland, based in London, to drive one of our most strategic growth pillars. This is a leadership role with real ownership: revenue, people, performance, and market expansion. About Big Mamma Big Mamma is a fast-growing Franco-Italian restaurant group known for its generosity, authenticity, and high-energy guest experiences. With a strong presence across Europe, we are accelerating the development of Events & Private Dining as a key driver of growth. The UK is one of our most strategic markets, with multiple restaurants and significant potential in the corporate and agency landscape. Your Mission Drive and maximise Events & Private Dining revenue across the UK & Ireland. You'll own country-level targets, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure strong alignment between Sales and Restaurant Operations - turning demand into seamless, profitable, unforgettable experiences.
